RULES Everyone staying in our house is subject to this rules and regulations, which are considered a contract of adhesion that must be met. Guests must respect the rules of the house, respecting the staff working in the same and all the other guests. PAYMENT: Payment is in advance only. Rates for 30 days and the weekly and biweekly are obtained only by paying the full ammount on the 1st day of the period. Failure to make payment prior to the end of the month, becomes in daily rate automatically. The guest can have the rooms reserved only for the agreed period of time, if want to stay more days is subject to availability. RESERVATIONS: are subject to availability, bookings are stand firm only by deposit of 50%, payment can be made in our house in cash or via Western Union. RENEWAL OF STAYS: Must be infrormed at least 2 days prior to the end of the month, and pay the next month with a minimum of one day in advance. ADMISSION: The house may exercise the right of admission and stay at any time, even with the payment up to date. DEPOSIT GUARANTEE: Not required. TRANSFERS: We offer shuttle service from airports: consult the fee, payment is required at least 4 days before the time of check in without exception. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Due to our competitive rates we do not give refunds, but the payment may be used on a different date. Payments ares not transferable to third parties. Only cancellations reported with at least 30 days in advance will be refunded 50% for cancellations reported between 31 to 60 days before the date of check in, we will refund 75% and between 61 to 90 days to 100%. Refunds will be effective 30 days after the date of a check out and agreed upon by deposit in the name of the person who was going to stay. Cancellations must be reported only in writing or via email. We DO NOT accept cancellations by telephone. PAYMENT: The hosting service must be paid in advance only, and every guest is entitled to claim receipt, it can be requested by the hostel in future controls. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: The CHECK IN TIME is set at 14 Hs and CHECK OUT: at 11 am.. Shared rooms (dorms): Every guest staying in a shared room (dorm) can be moved to another similar room, and will share it with whoever is assigned, in case of refusal may be excluded PRIVATE ROOMS: The rate is per room not per person, and it makes no difference if one or two people. the guest chooses who to share the room with. REGISTRATION: All persons must register in the proper form. KEYS: keys must be left at reception, if keys are lost, the guest must pay the cost of replacement. SAFETY: The hostel is not responsible for money or valuables left in the room. Use the security lockers (available at reception). Upon leaving the room turn off lights, fans and airconditioned, and check faucets in the bathrooms are closed. In our Hostel we care about the proper use of basic services, helping to preserve our planet, help us.. The costs to replace any damage, theft or loss of the keys are collected in cash. Silence is appreciated, not being allowed scandals, physical violence or verbal, against guests or employees. KITCHEN: The use of the kitchen is from 10a.m. until 0hs. Follow the rules of hygiene and specific recommendations for that area. VISITORS: Visitors are not allowed inside the rooms. During stay, visitors will be received in the lobby, The hostel reserves the right to accept even occasional visits in the lobby. In case of default the Management reserves the right to order the immediate departure of the visitor and who have provided their income. SILENCE AND RESPECT FOR THE REST OF GUESTS AND STAFF HOSTEL: From 24.00 hours, the silence is absolute .. PROHIBITION OF SMOKING Smoking is prohibited in rooms by national law. The only place where smoking is allowed inside the hostel is on the terrace and patios.
